Monica Levitz has more than 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry, with a proven track record of creating dining experiences that exceed expectations. Her background includes positions that have been created and tailored to her unique talents and skillsets, including Development Director of Boudreaux Cajun Kitchen, Development Coordinator for Eat Out In and co-founder of ZULAFOOD. In her current position, she oversees Events & Catering for the Lago Mar Crystal Clear Lagoon and the Blue Lagoon Bar & Grill, including staffing, ordering, menu and cocktail development for catering and event planning. Ms. Levitz holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications Studies with minors in Business Foundations and Spanish from the University of Texas at Austin.
